We’ve seen the good and the bad, and been a part of all of it. We know the challenges that legacy technology systems create for retailers. We know how the relationships with retailers are handled by their technology partners. We know these things because we’ve experienced this as leaders within retailers. Our Team

Robbie Wright

CEO

Robbie will lead Lone Star BillPro as its CEO and Founder. Robbie was Co-Founder and CEO of Bounce Energy, a digitally driven competitive retail energy business founded in 2008. and was acquired by Direct Energy for $51 million in 2013. After the acquisition, Robbie remained at Direct Energy and managed the Digital & Innovation Department as the company’s youngest Vice President. Following that he formed what is now Integrate Agency, a leading, Houston-based full spectrum marketing firm, with digital expertise in the retail energy space. Most recently Robbie was CEO of Energy Texas. He has helped companies acquire customers through digital marketing for almost 25 years and has been involved in numerous startups that have successfully exited or are still growing and scaling today.

Katherine Wright

COO

Katherine will lead the operations of the business as its COO and will manage the implementation and ongoing capabilities of each platform deployment as well as account service responsibilities. Katherine was a founder of both Bounce Energy and Energy Texas and successfully led operations, customer service and technology teams. Katherine has over 15 years of implementation and program management experience and an intimate knowledge of the challenges and needs of energy providers on the customer and backend technology ends.

Nate Wasson

CTO

Nate will lead the technology development and deployment as the CTO. Nate will be responsible for its ongoing development and integrations. Nate has 15 years of experience in retail energy both on the REP side as well as in the channel partner space. Nate led the technology team at Energy Texas and was lead developer at Texas Electricity Ratings. Nate has a strong background in full stack technology development and has completed 100+ integrations.
